LONG-DISTANCE SPIRITUAL HEALING
of emotional stress and psychosomatic disorders

& Healing

In this unique period, many are having a hard time emotionally. Whether it is fear of the virus or its economic impact, loneliness or the stress related to a family lockdown, it deserves attention. If not, mild psychosomatic disorders are likely to evolve into real health issues, not to mention the decreased immunity.

So take care of yourself as best you can. Engage into everything of which you know it helps you to relax, whether it is meditation, a walk in nature, painting or making music. Many people are using the sudden free time to connect to the outer and inner nature. Others still have lots of responsibility in keeping this society and healthcare system running and may have even less free time than before, or even suffer from real anxiety in case of occupational exposure. Whatever the case, if you feel that you cannot keep the mounting tension under control on your own, a spiritual healing might make a real difference.

I have learned spiritual healing from Kedar Upreti of the Tantric & Ayurvedic Healing Center of Katmandu, based on an age-old shamanic tradition. Through many years of experience, I know that such healing can seriously reduce unhealthy emotions and the related psychosomatic issues. That is even possible from a distance, following a one hour videocall that allows to make a correct diagnosis, as well as establish the spiritual connection that is needed for the healing. In very serious cases, more extended healings from a distance are also possible.

What I do works, even if it is hard to explain. I am not some quack that is trying to exploit the current crisis. The reviews of my customers that you find on this page are proof of that.

What does science have to say about Spiritual Healing ?

Well, nothing of course. Shamanism is generally regarded as false by science, with a placebo effect at the most. From the point of view of medical science, everything which they cannot understand must be false. While this point of view may protect against the real problem of quacks, it is a very limiting vision. Science has not yet been able to understand homeopathy for example, so keeps condemning it, even though millions of people have been cured by it. Likewise, the traditional Nepalese shamanic "science" has something very essential to offer. The results are proof and are results not what actually counts ? The spiritual dimension cannot (yet) be detected by scientific instruments, because it exists beyond the material dimension. But it does influence us. For people who have been freed from their problems through spiritual healing, the scientific ignorance is not very important.

About

Leela is the ancient vedic name for the theater of life. Life in all its forms is an illusion behind which we can find the ultimate truth of pure Being. Yet life is also a divine theater, a spiritual game played by us, the actors. Yoga allows us to hold on to the bliss of truth while playing the game. And also this yoga is a game, which we can only take seriously if we do not take ourselves and this game too seriously. That is the meaning of Leela Yoga, nothing more, nothing less. So, Leela Yoga is a vision on yoga and also a name for a simple organisation that allows me to bring this vision into practice... more about Leela Yoga & Peter Marchand

Quotes

As the destination is the same for all, it is easy to make the error of assuming that the path must be just as universal.

The attachment that happens in the pursuit of happiness is the main source of unhappiness.

Don't think of going somewhere, because this somewhere will come along with you wherever you go, as you are already there.

Yoga requires unity between enjoyment and suffering, between bhoga and yoga, even between attachment and detachment.

How can anyone be "good" without a choice between good and bad?

While the mind creates the illusion of the universe through the senses, the intellect creates the illusion of understanding it.

When our day has been entirely ego-centered, then our meditation will probably have similar poor quality.

When the focus on the self is held strongly enough, the flow of kundalini energy happens on its own, naturally.

Tiptoe inside, don't make a sound, don't scare away that which cannot be found.

Enlightenment is nothing more or less than the final level of the game of life.
